Premium tips are digital content that is delivered by email once your payment is confirmed. Because the content is delivered right away and cannot be returned, all sales are final once a tip has been sent.
Tips Are Not Guaranteed
A tip that does not win is not a reason for a refund. Football results are uncertain and we do not guarantee any outcome.
If You Did Not Receive Your Tip
If your payment was confirmed but no email arrived, please check your spam folder and then contact us with the email address you used. We will resend the tip or, if we cannot deliver it, look into the issue with you.
Duplicate or Mistaken Payments
If you were charged twice for the same plan, contact us and we will review the payment and refund the duplicate charge where it is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
