Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting SoccerTips.info or buying a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your country if that is higher, to use this website. Betting information may be restricted or illegal where you live, and it is your responsibility to follow your local laws.

Nature of the Service

SoccerTips.info publishes football predictions and related information for entertainment and information only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets and we do not handle betting funds.

No Guarantee of Results

Football results are uncertain. We do not promise or guarantee that any tip will win, that you will make a profit or that past results will repeat. You alone are responsible for your betting decisions and for any money you stake.

Purchases and Delivery

Premium plans are sold as digital content and are delivered by email to the address you provide. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking your spam folder. Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. You can pay with PayPal or a debit or credit card through one secure payment page, and your tips are sent by email within a few minutes of payment, and no later than 1 to 2 hours before the first match of the slip starts. If a match on your slip is postponed or cancelled, we provide a replacement match with a similar odds value. Payments in crypto are accepted by email request (info@soccertips.info) and get a 10% discount on any subscription. Longer subscriptions are available on request through our contact page.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including tips, text, design and logo, belongs to SoccerTips.info. Premium tips are for your personal use only. You may not resell, share publicly or republish them without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

The website may contain links to bookmakers and other third parties. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, offers or terms. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoccerTips.info is not liable for any loss, including betting losses, that results from using the website or acting on a tip.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
